Build the trip
Add courses, tee times, lodging blocks, and costs. Set your deposit and total, drop in your Venmo, and you're live in minutes.
Share the invite link
Send one link to the group. Players join with their own $4.99 unlock or instantly when you cover access with a trip pass or Season Pass.
Track the money
Players pay you directly through Venmo or Cash App. You flip a switch as deposits and balances land. Everyone sees where they stand.

Everything in one place
A trip operations board, not another group chat
Fairway handles the logistics, scoring, side games, pairings, and awkward money-tracking. Players pay you directly, so there are no processing fees on trip costs and no waiting on payouts.

Settlement board
A living ledger of who has paid their deposit and full balance. Toggle statuses as money lands, with no screenshot reconciliation.
One-tap Venmo deep links
Players hit pay and land in Venmo with the amount and your handle pre-filled. You keep 100% because Fairway never touches trip funds.
Full itinerary
Tee times, courses, and lodging assignments in a clean chronological view everyone can pull up at the turn.
Mobile scorecards
Players post scores hole by hole from their phone. Organizers can enter scores for anyone who prefers to stay off-app.
Roster & handicaps
See every player, their handicap, and payment status in one sortable table built to handle groups of 4 or 40.
Course handicap setup
Load par, stroke index, course rating, and slope so each player sees the right personal par and net score.
Gross & net leaderboard
Run the trip like a tournament with live gross and net standings, rules, and score context for every round.
Side games & skins
Open side pots, lock entries, auto-settle skins when scores are ready, and show each player their position.
Team draft & pairings

FAQ
Questions, answered
- How much does Fairway Outing cost?
- Planning is free. The organizer can let players pay $4.99 each, cover the first 24 players with a $59 trip pass, or cover unlimited trips for a named group with a $79/year Season Pass (12 players) or $99/year Larger Season Pass (24 players). The organizer does not count as a player seat.
- Does Fairway hold or process my trip money?
- No. Fairway is a settlement board, not a bank. Players pay the organizer directly through Venmo or Cash App deep links, so there are no processing fees on trip costs and no waiting on payouts.
- What can I organize with Fairway Outing?
- Multi-day group golf trips: build the itinerary with courses, tee times, and lodging; manage the roster and handicaps; track deposits and balances; run live scoring; create side games; and build team drafts and pairings.
- How do players join a golf trip?
- The organizer shares one invite link. Players see a trip preview and either join immediately when the organizer covers access or pay a one-time $4.99 fee when the trip uses player-paid access.
- How does a Season Pass work?
- A Season Pass follows one named core group across unlimited trips for a year. The $79 pass includes 12 player seats and the $99 Larger Season Pass includes 24. A player only uses one seat even when they join multiple covered trips.
- Can I run handicapped scoring?
- Yes. Organizers can add player handicaps plus course rating, slope, par, and stroke index. Fairway uses that setup for net leaderboards and personal scoring targets.
- Does it support side games and team events?
- Yes. Fairway includes side games for skins, closest to the pin, longest drive, and Calcutta, plus team setup, captain drafts, pairings, and printable sheets for Ryder Cup-style trips.
